FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: roller skate has braking system with shoe brake. Braking system has base, front and rear brackets fixed on base. Brackets have bent sides and disks cantilevered relative to bent sides and mutually connected at each side by crosswise mounted tie-rods. Ends of tie-rods are attached to disks. Braking pins are eccentrically fixed on rear bracket disk side surfaces. Second ends of braking pins are inserted into respective openings of rear shaft for restricted motion of pin rod. Shaft supports formed as four bearing power springs are positioned below base. One ends of springs are secured to base and other ends are mutually inserted into respective slots of each of two shafts. Front shaft is connected with two respective disks of braking system through four tie-rods. Side surface of each disk of front bracket is connected with front shaft through two crossed tie-rods. Rear shaft is connected with respective disks of braking system by two tie-rods. Side surface of each disk of rear bracket is connected with rear shaft through one tie-rod. Braking shoe is mounted on each braking pin so that is may be readjusted and come into engagement with inner surface of rollers mounted on ends of rear shaft. Rod is fixed with its one end on shaft middle portion and its other end is connected with clip secured on lower part of User weight compensating spring, which is adapted to control braking system. Spring upper part is attached to base lower surface. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and increased amusing effect. 4 cl, 7 dwg
