Coupling of headpiece with housing is made smoothly-curvilinear. Besides, the housing is made curved at angle 45-90 deg. The headpiece is made monolithically with housing. Innovation is used in spraying liquids and gases, for cooling heat-liberating members of radioelectronic equipment, in different heat-exchange home appliances, and for irrigation in agriculture.
