FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has a case wherein a rotor is received. The rotor has blades and shaft set in bearings. Internal spaces of the blades are filled with material having high fluidity or looseness, e.g. heavy liquid (mercury), metal balls or metal powder. A freewheel is set on the shaft. The case is provided with a slot opposite to which a heat source with a light deflector is secured. Base and flange are used for setting and fastening the engine. Openings and/or water jacket are provided for cooling shadow side of the case. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
