FIELD: equipment for processing plastic masses to sheets and films. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for extrusion of sheets and films includes a mechanism for forming a flat flow of a melt in the form of two mutually engaging elongated pinions, having annular grooves, uniformly arranged on their toothed surfaces. The pinions are mounted in a housing with a gap relative to its walls, the gaps lower in direction of forced rotation of the pinions. The annular grooves of one pinion are displaced relative to the annular grooves of the second pinion. EFFECT: enhanced structure of the apparatus. 1 cl, 2 dwg
