SUBSTANCE: method involves the enzymatic digestion of meat-bone stuffing of fur animals (mink, polar fox, fox) at the ratio stuffing:water = 1:2 with cattle pancreatic gland at concentration 15-25% of substrate volume for 16-32 hr, at pH = 7.6 ± 0.4 and at temperature 40 + 2 C.
