FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: device has upper and lower supports coupled to each other by means of rod-like connecting members. Rods are coupled to supports through cramp by means of hinge positioned in one of holes in cramp base. Rods are coupled to upper and lower supports through hinges. After preparation, assembled device is positioned on crus. Supports and hinges are oriented and positioned as required relative to definite anatomic reference points. Needles are passed and fixed. After rods are removed and hinges are released operative intervention on tibia is performed. This done, device is reassembled, and hinges are locked in stationary position temporarily. EFFECT: improved cosmetic correction of crus. 2 dwg
