FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has endoskeleton 2 made in form of elastic vault and form-creating flexible casing 1. Gas- filled chambers 3-5 are built into form-creating flexible casing 1. One of the chambers has spherical form and is placed in the calcaneal part of the foot casing and connected with the calcaneal part of the endoskeleton. Two others are cushion-like, placed in the anterior part of the casing and fixed on the plantar and rear sides of the endoskeleton. Chamber volume and pressure are adjustable during the process of prosthesis adjustment according to the individual characteristics of a patient and are restorable and changeable by means of pumping (or discharging pressure, when necessary) in the further process of using the prosthesis.
