SUBSTANCE: device has bearing core having external connection surface in talocrural part, flexible envelope, heel cushion, fastening hole made to the bearing core depth to the heel cushion and having blocking threaded member. The heel cushion is made as a whole with the flexible envelope manufactured from a material of the same rigidity.
