FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bearing elastic endoskeleton, flexible shape-building casing and back, calcanean and plantar gas-filled chambers built into it. The calcanean and plantar chambers filled with gas are connected to each other with gas-conducting canal having controllable choke governing gas flow. The pneumatic foot optionally has two to four calcanean and plantar chambers filled with gas. The calcanean and plantar chambers filled with gas have pressure and discharge valves with gas-proof covers. EFFECT: high degree of adjustability to pace rate and individual features of patient walking; improved power- saving properties. 3 cl, 2 dwg
