FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible coating, talocrural part, cantilever, adjusting screw and fastening members. The talocrural part, cantilever and adjusting screw are joined with single hinged member to enable them to perform relative angular movements in sagittal plane. The hinge axle penetrates talocrural part base through cantilever ears with connecting link placed between them carrying the adjusting screw fixed in it. The adjusting screw end portion is loosely placed into a socket in the upper part of the talocrural part. Spherical sliding nut is mounted on threaded portion located in link movable relative to the adjusting screw to enable rotation to be locked. The link is attached to the cantilever on one end and pressed against the talocrural part with its other end. The flexible coating has cavity receiving rest base of the cantilever to enable coating sole to deform in elastic mode in the zone rolling forwards when moving along an arc relative the common hinge.
