SUBSTANCE: the installation for production of rubber hogged chips of mechanical rubber goods, mainly used tires, has a device for large-sized grinding, conveyers, magnetic trap, in which the device for grinding is made in the form of a roll crusher with toothed disks positioned on the rolls, with a grate-armor positioned at the foot of the rolls provided with knives. The grate is provided with horizontally and vertically positioned knives the rear ribs of the vertical knives are made in the radius of the grate curvature. The blade of the vertical knife forms an acute angle with its rear rib and is directed towards rotation of the toothed roll of the crusher.
