FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 40-% mixture from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water. The invert sugar syrup is introduced in mixture and it is cleaned passing through carbon battery. Preliminarily aged in apple vinegar mixture of iodide potassium is introduced in vodka, filtered and bottled. The vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: invert sugar syrup, 20-25; apple vinegar, 0.2-0.3; vodka also has, kg: potassium iodide, 0.04-0.6; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas enriched with iodide, potassium and biologically active complex of substances from apple vinegar. 1 tbl, 3 ex
