SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of introduction to a metal a gas with predetermined rate and adding onto a surface of the metal a heat insulating material over (0.6-4.8) min before termination of gas introduction to the metal; controlling the rate of the gas introduction over a range, consisting (10-36)% of a predetermined one after the heat insulating material had been added.
