FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has cylinder, piston having head and skirt with a stop ring and mounted inside the cylinder, guide with rolling bodies interposed between the cylinder and skirt, and valve box positioned from the side of the piston head. The piston skirt is made of flexibly- deformed pipes. The pipes are plugged from each face with washers having projections that point into the pipes and freely mounted between the head and stop ring around the piston along its axis for permitting a contact with the piston and rolling bodies of the guide.
