FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: fiberglass tube-shell has housing, unit-modules secured in the housing, and diaphragms having a cross-like frame, the cells of which are provided with plates having current conducting layers. The plates of lengthwise adjacent unit-modules are perpendicular. Electric current is supplied to the current conducting layers. The heat is withdrawn from the plates by air that is pumped through the housing. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 dwg
