FIELD: civil engineering and road building; protection against noise and sound waves. SUBSTANCE: wt.% invention relates to facilities designed for providing normal acoustic conditions. Noise shield has flat chamber for mixing active components of high-frequency spectrum of noise flow formed between plates made of materials featuring differentiated noise absorbing properties. Chamber communicates through cross holes with resonant spaces in hollow separators installed over inner contour of rectangular frame. Face inclined plates are provided with shortened reversely tilted shanks whose edges are pointed to adjacent tilted plates. Face tilted plates, rectangular frame, hollow separator and rear flat wall are made of basalt glass plastic. In other design version, rear flat wall can made of foam aluminium or foam concrete. Plates made of materials with differentiated noise absorbing properties can be manufactured of glass-or basalt-fiber material, or foam aluminium, or foam concrete or their combinations with reinforcing glass-or basalt-fiber materials.
