FIELD: drying materials. SUBSTANCE: overheated vapor formed due to heating and mixing an initial product can be condensed on the surfaces of condensation tubular panels. A surface temperature is in the limits from 4°C to 75°C. The panels form nontransparent labyrinth and positioned across the flow of the overheated vapor. The vapor flows to the vacuum pump whose sucking branch pipe is positioned downstream of the tubular panel. The moisture condensed can flow down over the tubular panels and be accumulated in a space that underlies the tubular panels. The bottom part of the space is provided with a permanently operating pump that removes the accumulated water. The pump is connected with a pressure-tight reservoir through a pipe. The reservoir is evacuated to reach a forevacuum. The heat that is released on the tubular panels can heat circulating water and be used for preliminary heating of the initial product.
