FIELD: processes of treatment of substances and materials. SUBSTANCE: plant has vacuum chamber accommodating heating elements, loading and unloading units, shaft and drive. Plant is provided with troughs having radial holes and scraper agitators located in tiers over height of vacuum chamber. Attached to drive shaft are scraper agitators installed above troughs rigidly secured over perimeter of vacuum chamber. Heating elements are installed above troughs. Each trough is displaced with respect to the previous one over circumference relative to its radial hole. Vacuum chamber body has holes for installation of heating elements and replacement of scrapers in scraper agitator. Invention allows processing of organic substances, particularly, wastes of poultry plants such as poultry dung, and exclusion of pollution of environment. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 6 dwg
