FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine-tool has column 1 with adjusting plate 2, spindle 5 whereon carrying slides 23 with cutting members 25 are mounted, facet plate 21, and mechanism for feeding cutting members 25 whose guide bushing 10 together with conical pins 11 pressed in it is connected to supply air cylinder 13 through jaw 15. The top ends of the jaw are mounted for permitting rocking on guide bushing 10. The bottom portion are arranged on the axle 18 for permitting interaction with the air cylinder. The mechanism for clamping a pipe is made up as bed 29 with a groove that is fixed to adjusting plate 2. The groove receives movable bottom prismatic clamp 30. The top prismatic clamp 33 is arranged on one of the arms of rocker 36 whose second arm interacts with the rod of air cylinder 39. Two adjusting screws 28 are screwed in facet plate 21 and interact with guide bushing 10. Cutting member 25 made up as a disk cutter is fixed on the slide with a bolt or nut.
