FIELD: tyre-making industry. SUBSTANCE: several standard rubber mixtures with preset quantities of certain ingredient are prepared, mixing, vulcanization and ageing of flat standard samples of rubber, 2.0 mm thick, are conducted. Determination of content of checked ingredient is performed by method of gas chromatography both at each stage of preparation of mixture and after vulcanization and ageing. Vulcanization of flat samples is carried out in moulds. Ageing is conducted under conditions of limited access of air at 100-300 C. Then physical and mechanical properties of tested and standard tyre rubbers are compared before and after ageing and optimal formulation is selected by ageing factor and by content of checked ingredient after ageing. EFFECT: preparation of efficient formulation without decrease of physical, mechanical and running characteristics of tyres.
