FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial production of rubber and rubber-like materials, particularly, to production of elastomer materials used for production of various rubber parts subjected to simultaneous action of radiation and high temperatures at various modes of mechanical loading. Described is a thermoradiation-resistant elastomeric composition which contains as a polymer base unsaturated carbon-chain rubber, a vulcanising system, an antioxidant, filler – technical carbon, characterized by that it additionally contains a silicone plasticiser, an anti-radiation filler, butylenemethylstyrene is selected from a number of unsaturated carbon-chain rubber, and as a vulcanising system there is used a combination of sulfur, thiuram and zinc oxide, as antiradiates-antioxidants – an aniline derivative and phenyl-2-naphthylamine in the following ratio of components, wt parts: synthetic butadiene methyl methyl styrene rubber 100.0, vulcanisation system 9.0, antireads-antioxidants 1.0–3.0, anti-radiation filler 5.0–8.0, filler – technical carbon 75.0, organosilicon plasticiser and paraffin 8.0.
EFFECT: technical result is improved operational characteristics of material when operating under conditions of high temperatures and ionizing radiation.
