FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of extracting synthetic cis-1,4-polyisoprene, used for production of tyres and industrial rubber articles, from a solution in a hydrocarbon solvent by water degassing. Water degassing is carried out in a crumbing tank and degasifier by mixing polymerisate, hot circulation water and steam in presence of an anti-agglomeration agent. anti-agglomeration agent in amount of 6.0 to 20.0 kg per ton of dry extracted rubber is fed into suction pipe of a centrifugal pump, feeding hot circulation water into crumbing tank. Said anti-agglomeration agent is 5-20 % solution in mineral oil of mixed calcium salt of stearic acid and polyalkylbenzene sulphonic acid with an alkyl radical with number of carbon atoms in range of C12-C26 with weight ratio of acids in synthesis of anti-agglomeration agent in range of 1:1 to 1:3.
EFFECT: present method reduces power consumption when extracting synthetic cis-1,4-polyisoprene, simplifies process production process thereof, improves quality of waste water on content of salts, increases cohesion strength non-vulcanised rubber mixtures, physical and mechanical properties, tear resistance, fatigue strength and strength of bonding with brass-plated metal cord of industrial rubber.
