FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves layering 6 ml of whole anticoagulant-stabilized blood over 3 ml of mixture having 1 part of 76% verografine solution and 4 parts of 3.75% vinylpyrrolidone solution and performing centrifuging at 400 g per 30 min. After centrifuging, the mononuclear layer is sucked with Pasteur pipette (dense cloud over the mixture). The separated cells are washed once with at least 4-fold excess of nutrient medium and the mononuclears are concentrated by centrifuging at 400 g per 10 min. EFFECT: improved quality of preparation.
