FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining blood serum antivascular antibodies contents and making conclusion according to the results obtained. Immunoglobulin E concentration in the blood serum, vascular antigen- sensibilized lymphocyte contents, blood platelets number, adhered platelets number, adhered platelets percentage and adhesion index, platelets aggregation index are additionally determined. Changes in the values of these parameters are used to make conclusions concerning vascular disorders in pregnant women witnessing the presence of vascular syndrome in pregnant women . EFFECT: improved accuracy of diagnosis.
