SUBSTANCE: bakehouse is adapted to be positioned within two-storey two-span industrial building 1 having uniform constructional members, including beams between floors. This constructional members are formed as rectangular plates of variable rigidity each having two longitudinal power members and at least three cross members between which variable-rigidity plates are positioned. Rooms for bulk flour storage, dough preparing, baking room 11 and stores 12 are positioned within one building span at different storeys. Another span has auxiliary room for shop 24, communicated with baking room 11. Ventilation chamber is positioned above ovens 22 and shop 24.
