FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for use in designing and construction of industrial, public, agricultural, and civil defence buildings and other objects of both partly buried and underground location. Small-size structure has base members placed on ground, and intermediate load-bearing members installed over perimeter on base members. Resting on load-bearing members are guarding members connected with covering members. Guarding members at least with covering members are connected through compensation links which are made adjustable. Base, guarding, and covering members are made in the form of panels of various rigidity with longitudinal and lateral load-bearing components through which corresponding members are connected to each other. Small-size structure is made up of building components based on principle of economy in all stages of production, erection, transportation, and operation.
