FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, devices used in traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the apparatus uses supports made in the form of arc 1 secured on the iliac bone, and rings 2 and 3 rigidly connected to each other and fixed on the femur distal branch. Arc 1 and ring 2 are connected by telescopic rods 10. Installed on the femur proximal branch are adjusting semi-ring 12 with needles 13 and reposition assemblies, which are made in the form of threaded rods connected by brackets and nuts and located in mutually perpendicular planes. With one end the reposition assemblies are secured on arc 1, and with the other - on adjusting semi-ring 12. The latter is connected with supporting ring 2 by means of additional telescopic bars 14. EFFECT: accomplishment of reposition of injuries in three mutually perpendicular planes, as well as elimination of axial, angular and rotational dislocations without loosening the apparatus stiffness. 3 dwg
