FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pelvic and femoral fixation assemblies coupled to each other by telescopic rods, auxiliary trochanterial and reposition assemblies (from one to four). Pelvis assembly consists of four semiarcs coupled for free travel up and down, leftward and rightward. Auxiliary reposition assemblies are mounted loosely on semiarcs of pelvic assembly. Threaded rods are used as fixing elements of pelvic and auxiliary reposition assemblies. Threaded rods have variable diameter of 4 mm on side of rod introduction into bone through the length of 3 cm and 6 mm through the remaining part of rod. Rods are secured loosely in brackets. Femoral assembly has three rings of different diameters positioned concentrically to one another and coupled in pairs by hinges in sagittal and frontal planes. Pelvis and femoral assemblies are coupled through three parallel telescopic rods of identical length. Provision is made for different combinations and scheme of device application. EFFECT: enlarged reposition capabilities, reliable fixation, early activization of patient on the second-fifth day after series damage to pelvis. 3 cl, 1 dwg
