FIELD: manufacture of building materials and products based on silicon-containing binder. SUBSTANCE: ceramoconcrete mix contains: sand of fractional composition, 0.1 to 2.0 mm, with a gradation factor of 1.3 to 3.8; 8 to 62.5, 5 to 69.0%, and concentrated binding silicon-containing suspension - 31.0 to 37.5%. A definite relation between sand and binding suspension corresponds to a definite gradation factor. The method of manufacture of building products from ceramoconcrete mix consists in preparation of binding suspension, its stabilization by agitation, subsequent mixing of it with aggregate by feeding the suspension to the aggregate until the preset relation is obtained, vibroforming of the mix at a vibrational acceleration of 10 to 80 m/s, unit static pressure of 0.025 to 0.25 kgf/sq.cm for 2 to 30 s and drying of products.
