FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing binding suspension; stabilizing suspension by mixing; mixing with filler by feeding binding suspension into filler till obtaining predetermined ratio; providing vibration forming and drying of products. Vibration formation of products is effected at vibration acceleration of 10-80 m/s and specific static pressure of 0.025-0.25 kg/sq.cm for 2-30 s. At the final stage of vibration formation, products are additionally pressed at specific static pressure of weight of 4-10 kg/sq.cm for forming three-layer structure satisfying requirements of operation of products used as steel-pouring stock.
