FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: process of production of high-viscous oil includes pouring of diluting agent into hole clearance which contains following components, per cent by mass: anion surface active substance 0.3-0.7, non-ionogenic surface active substance 0.8-1.2; hydroxide of alkaline metals 0.5-8.3 of 5-40% concentration and water of chlorine-calcium type with content of chlorine salts up to 20% being the balance. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.
