SUBSTANCE: lithotrite has a frame, procedure block with a bedstone for the patient, high-voltage impulse generator, ellipsoidal reflector, whose reflecting cavity accommodates an underwater discharger, positioning block under the bedstone and a radiodiagnostic unit, using amplifiers installed with crossed optical axes on a bracket, secured in a support for its turning relative to the bedstone; a sluice is positioned between the high-voltage impulse generator and underwater discharger, the sluice cover is placed in the reflector reflecting cavity; the support is attached to the frame on the side of the bedstone legs part, in its longitudinal axis, and the bracket is supplemented with a cross-piece, whose ends carry the amplifiers.
