FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Concrement is affected during contact lithotripsy. Heat-resistant, wear-resistant absorptive layer is applied on distal end of light guide. Laser radiation is used, which is absorbed in specially layer, applied on fibre end. Film, which formes said layer, can contain copolymer composite or dispersion of carbon nanotubes. Penetration of concrement in place of contact with light guide is under high temperature. Wherein generated ultrasound of 1 MHz frequency disinfects place of action, reduces release of bacterial flora from biofilms, contained in concrement.
EFFECT: method simplifies technology of preparing lithotripters, increases efficiency of lithotripsy.
