FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: gear includes mould, means creating pressure on crystallizing metal, mechanism feeding means into moulds built in the form of power cylinder with plunger, mechanism locking mould. Gear is also fitted with metal collector mounted under mould, supporting spring-loaded plug put into metal collector and bottom of mould, locators of supporting spring-loaded plug electrically connected to mechanism locking mould and mechanism feeding means to create pressure which is manufactured in the form of explosive checker. EFFECT: decreased labor input into preparatory operations, capability to manufacture hollow billets. 1 dwg
