FIELD: foundry practice.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry field. Facility contains casting body implemented from the bottom and cover, consumable form, heated tank for storage of form material, melting furnace for low-pressure casting, installed in furnace intake, elements of heating, cooling, degassing and low-pressure air feeding. Heated tank for storage of form material Is located on casting body, located on melting furnace for low-pressure melting. Forms are manufactured by lost pattern by means of pouring by vacuum suction and form material crystallisation into cavities, formed by pattern in casting body. Form material is poured from the middle of casting body is directed upwards and downwards. Foundry metal is poured by low-pressure casting with degassing. Foundry is extracted by means of form material melting and removed through the bottom of casting body into storage tank of form material for design reuse.
EFFECT: it is achieved improvement, increasing of accuracy and simplification of complex foundry manufacturing ensured by absence of operations of models coating with its surfacing by sand, furthermore, it is fall away necessity in initial bonding agents for preparation of moulding and core sand mixtures.
