SUBSTANCE: method includes heating metal to the temperature above liquidus, pouring liquid metal into evacuated mould cavity from casting bowl after firing the stopper, applying pressure to the liquid crystallising metal, compacting metal and holding under pressure. The pressure is applied with its increase to 500 MPa at 120-125 MPa/s rate and 0.5-0.1 s intervals, and holding of metal under pressure is performed up to the moment when the alloy is cooled to 100-150°C.
EFFECT: increased the mechanical properties of the castings.
