FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises producing mould from loose fire resistant material, removing the pattern, pouring metal melt into mould and removing casting by breaking the mould. Mould is fabricated from magnetic loose fire resistant material by evacuating mould cavity with single pattern and using electromagnetic field to compact said magnetic material. Single pattern is cast and remove by vacuum. Water-cooled mould is used. Molten metal is poured into produced mould by evacuation mould cavity and feeding pressure to melt. After crystallisation, casting is removed by removing magnetic field and destructing fire resistant magnetic material.

EFFECT: higher quality.
