FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: given invention solves problem of decreasing deviation of form of small shots from ideal ball surface. Process includes separation of melt into drops with the aid of die having calibration holes, cooling drops of melt and collection of granules. Novelty of invention lies in usage of rosin-oil emulsion at temperature of 100-200 C in the capacity of cooling medium. EFFECT: increased quality of small shots. 1 cl, 1 dwg
