FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: nutrient ФТ-green medium for plague microbe isolation has antibiotic phosphomycin, potassium tellurite, brilliant green and hemolyzed blood taken at concentrations 50-100, 4-5, 1.5-2 and 1000-5000 mcg/ml, respectively, as selective addition to Hottinger agar, pH = 7.2. Analyzed material is sown on indicated medium, incubated at 28 C and result is recorded after 24-48 hr. Nutrient ФТ-green medium exhibits high resolution capability with respect to plague pathogen and safety inhibiting action on plague microbe microbe-antagonists. Medium can be used for diagnosis and bacteriological analysis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of medium proposed. 1 tbl
