FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves subcutaneously injecting 0.5-0.7 ml of culture suspension under test in physiological salt solution in 103-105 cell mln/ml concentration. The culture is previously mixed to hen egg yolk in 1:0.5-1:0.7 proportion. 1.5-2.0 ml of citrated sheep blood and 5-7 mg of cyclophosphane are added to the produced mixture. Pathologic material is taken from the place the culture under test has been introduced in 46- 48 h. The sample is cultured on Hottinger agar of pH 7.2 with 1% hemolyzed blood at 37 C during 48 h. Capsule antigen biosynthesis is studied in serologic reactions. EFFECT: optimum conditions for restore capsule antigen production. 1 tbl
