FIELD: railway transport; repair of rail tracks. SUBSTANCE: machine has rail platform and working tools mounted on platform for travel in vertical plane and arranged over track rails. Each working tool has two chain conveyors connected by bridges and arranged parallel to each other, inclined guides and pressure members. Holes are made in connecting bridges. Each pressure member consists of rod fitted in corresponding hole. Mounted on top of rod is roller for engagement with inclined guide. Support mounted on bottom of rod carries bell-cranks installed for turning and engagement with spike and liner. Arms of each bell-crank are displaced in plan relative to each other.
