FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: device has an assembled stop unit composed of two assembles of sealing members symmetrically arranged in the central member and forming a disk with seals over its periphery when they are moved out. The sealing members can move out with respect to each other in the guides, whose profile is a dovetail, by way of a drive and drive for lowering and lifting the stop unit with telescopic rod. In addition device has guide cylinder, reduction gear of the drive, clutch, and drive for setting the rod in rotation. The rod is made up as a shaft-rack whose top end is provided with drives for lowering, lifting and setting in rotation, conical gear, friction clutch, and clutch. The bottom end of the shaft-rack is connected with the reduction gear of the drive through the clutch. The reduction gear is mounted on webs rigidly connected with the central member. The drive is made up as telescopic, threaded, concentric cylinders mounted inside the output shaft of the reduction gear. The sealing members are telescopic. The outer end face surfaces of the cylinders are rigidly connected with end sealing members. The guide cylinder is mounted at the center of the shaft-rack. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
