FIELD: pipe line engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a valving unit that comprises two assemblies of telescopic members symmetrically arranged inside the central member. Being extended the telescopic members define a disk provided with seals arranged over periphery. In the central portion of the central member of the unit is a screw provided with right and left threads separated strictly at the center. One end of the screw is connected with pulling levers whose other ends are connected with end telescopic members. When the screw rotates the levers move the telescopic members interconnected through pins over strictly parallel projections and hollows which are made on respective members in pair.
