FIELD: monocrystal preparing. SUBSTANCE: method involves melting of oxides of yttrium (III), copper (II) and barium (II) in corundum crucible in air at the rate 1-4 degree/h up to hardening. Isolated crystals were annealed at 420-480 C for 24-72 h under oxygen pressure 3-4 atm. Prepared crystals show temperature of superconductive transient Tc = 90 K and value of this transient is ΔTc≅ 0,5 K.. EFFECT: economy of method. 1 tbl
