FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves emulsion copolymerization of monomers in the presence of radical initiating agent, molecular mass regulating agent, emulsifier followed by rubber isolation from latex. Polar monomer is acrylic acid nitrile at mass ratio butadiene : styrene : acrylic acid nitrile = (66-91):(8-25):(1-9). Acrylic acid nitrile is fed fractionally in the process polymerization by the following manner: 40-60 wt.-% of total amount at onset process and by 20-30 wt.-% at monomer conversion values 10-20 wt.-% and 30-50 wt.-%. Emulsifier - potassium or sodium soap of tall oil fractions at content of resinous and fatty acids at ratio from 1.0:1.5 to 1.5:1.0. Radical initiating agent - 4,4'-azobis-(4-isovaleric acid) can be used. Method is used for emulsion rubber production. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 3 cl, 4 tbl
