SUBSTANCE: ice is broken by icebreaker hull at relative bearing set under conditions of compression depending on direction of wind and current and ship runs over path thus made; relative bearing is collinear to direction corresponding to direction of wind and current in this region averaged by vector within last 30 minutes.
