SUBSTANCE: water scoop has intake branch pipe and flow-through pipe line fitted with swivel elbows; mounted on inner surface of pipe line are plate-type spoilers: one on fore wall and other on aft wall above first spoiler; plating after fore spoiler and before aft spoiler is perforated; water scoops of spoiler pairs located after plating are interconnected by means of water mains.
