FIELD: shipbuilding; Magnus effect propellers. SUBSTANCE: propellers have twin rotors connected with drive engine by means of shaft line. Mounted along length of each rotor and along its generatrix is plate-type interceptor for its rotation about axis of rotation of rotor; rotors are located on turn platform whose axis of rotation coincides with center of propeller.
