FIELD: petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: parental asphalt is separated for 2-6 portions. Every portion is subjected for homogenization separately. The first portion is mixed with preliminary homogenized oxidizing agent, obtained mixture then subjected for successively homogenization in mixture with every portion of homogenized asphalt followed by exposition of ready homogenized mixture in time at constant temperature. Homogenization is carried out at 4-8 kgf/cm2.. Before treatment described petroleum asphalt and oxidizer were emulsified. EFFECT: improved method of bitumen producing. 3 cl, 12 tbl, 3 dwg
