FIELD: logging without leaving tree stumps. SUBSTANCE: machine has cutting member with arced knives driven by high-frequency hydraulic pulsator and hydraulic cylinders. Machine boom is provided with two pairs of rotary levers. One pair carries grips and other pair carries cutting member. Levers are actuated by hydraulic drive, which has pump, hydraulic motor with flywheel, two hydraulic motors rotating in mutually perpendicular planes and vertical hydraulic cylinder.
